How to Track Your Activity

Your profile page includes your personal distance tally, allowing you to track your progress towards your target. This is an excellent way to keep your supporters updated on your progress.
Using a smart watch
Follow the prompts to link your account, start your workout in the app, and save it after you finish. Your distance will be updated on your fundraising page the following day.

  1. Download the Fitbit, Strava, MapMyFitness, or Garmin app and set up your account.
  2. Log in to your 10K or 10 Your Way account.
  3. Under the heading "Connect your preferred Fitness app," click on your chosen app.
  4. Follow the prompts to connect your account.
  5. When you work out next, select "Start your workout" in the app on your phone.
  6. Once you end your workout, save it, and your distance will be published to the tally on your page the following day.
Manually
Log your activity in the "My Fitness Activity" tab on your dashboard using a pedometer or another tracking method. Enter the required details and your logged activity will appear on your fundraising page for all to see.
