Sweat Challenge Competion Terms and Conditions

Competions outlined in these Terms and Conditions are conducted by the Autism Queensland ABN 79 253 351 418 of 437 Hellawell Road, Sunnybank Hills QLD 4019, phone 07 3273 0000, (“Promoter”).

Please read the following Terms and Conditions before registering for the AQ's Sweat Challenge“ Event”. By proceeding with your registration, you agree to abide by these guidelines.

1. The competition is open to permanent residents of Queensland, Australia, who register for the Event via www.fundraise.au/smqld.com.au, actively fundraise according to the Competition Guidelines, and are not employed by the Promoter or immediate family members of the Promoter.

2. All Competitions within the Event start upon registration and close at 11:59pm AEST on Tuesday, 31 October 2023, unless otherwise stated on the Promoter's social media accounts.

3. Cash donations must be deposited into the Promoter's accounts by the closing of the Entry Period to be counted towards the Competitions. Late donations will not count.

4. The Promoter reserves the right to reject Entries made using false information or Entries that tamper with the entry process.

5. The Promoter may vary the terms or terminate the competition at any time without liability.

6. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

7. Winners will be determined based on fundraising balances at the close of the Entry Period. Winners will be contacted via email or phone and must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 business days.

8. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined based on who raised the funds earliest during the Entry Period.

9. Winners' names and schools/organisations may be announced on the Promoter's social media accounts and website.

10. Winners must claim the prize within the specified time frame and meet the requirements outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

11. Prizes are subject to availability and may be substituted for another item of equal or higher value if necessary.

12. Prize values are in Australian dollars and are correct at the time of preparation of these Terms and Conditions

13. The Promoter and Provider are not liable for any damage, delay, or expenses related to the prizes.

14. Participants enter the competition at their own risk, and the Promoter, its associated companies, and agencies exclude all liability for any loss or damage.

15. The competition is not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, or any other organisation, unless otherwise stated.

16. The Promoter's decisions are final.

  • Prizes are awarded to individuals, schools, and sporinng clubs based on the highest overall amounts raised during the Event.

  • Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
